Specialising in psycho-imaginative therapy and guided affective imagery, I employ powerful techniques to uncover deep-rooted issues, offering clarity and empowerment.
Initially I would recommend weekly sessions as this helps to maintain a fluid progression.
Initial Consultation
I conduct an initial session known as ‘your time.’ This session is dedicated to our conversation, where you can freely express yourself or, if you prefer, I can simply listen—whatever suits you best.
Following this, I conduct an assessment to recommend the right course of action tailored to your needs. I recognise that taking this step can be significant, and it’s important for you to feel comfortable with me as your therapist. Sessions, lasting up to an hour, are flexible to accommodate both online and face-to-face interactions.

My sessions offer a safe space for you to be who you want to be. We all owe it to ourselves to live our best lives, to look inside ourselves and begin to free ourselves from our past and to move forwards freely and on our terms. Trauma affects us all in different ways, and we will work together to feel comfortable with ourselves once again.
