The Hypnotherapist in the Pink Dr.Marten Boots

I am a therapist with a unique first-hand experience of my specialisations.

My personal journey means people in similar situations can relate to me, particularly in subjects that often remain hidden in the shadows of society, such as childhood trauma, coercive relationships and domestic abuse, challenging childbirth experiences, dysfunctional family relationships, single parenthood, perimenopause and feeling lost in mid-life, and issues around sexuality. I have experienced all of these. I am passionate about helping others who have been through these experiences to shift the shame and free themselves from the trap of trauma.

I am a passionate advocate for and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, offering therapeutic services specifically tailored to our unique needs.

If I had led a picture-perfect life, where everything was hunky-dory, my journey might have taken a different turn. Instead, I am proud to have turned my own trauma into triumph by using it to help others.
